Kelli LaValle, Event Manager/Assistant General Manager · Fresco
Kelli is originally from Chicago and has spent almost 15 years in the service industry. After Kelli’s significant other Anthony was offered a promotion within his company which required relocation, Kelli was presented a wonderful opportunity to join the Food Fight family right here in Madison. “My love of working with people is why I love the service industry. I've been performing - singing, dancing and acting - professionally in Chicago since I was eight years old. Working in the hospitality industry not only allows me to continue to make a difference in people's lives, but to simply make them smile and feel appreciated on a daily basis. I love making our guests experiences memorable while also being able to incorporate my creativity as well.” Kelli’s experience in the restaurant industry includes hosting, serving, managing and event planning. She says if there is something to be done, something is requested, or if there some way a restaurant can make a visit that much more special, she loves to find a way to make it happen for the guests. “To me, the guest experience is one of the most important things in the hospitality industry. Providing the utmost care and service to guests is something that can be taught, however, being passionate about working with people and creating lasting memories for your guests is something innate and comes from the heart. I feel grateful to work in an industry that is able to make a difference in people's day-to-day lives.” Kelli lives in downtown Madison, with her significant other Anthony. They love to cook, grill and dine out - they are total foodies! They enjoy wine tastings, going dancing, the outdoors and travelling. They also appreciate a relaxing night in, curled up on the couch and catching up on their favorite TV shows. While Kelli and Anthony don't currently have any pets, they are in the talks about perhaps adding a puppy to their family in the not-too-distant future.
