Adrienne Shriver, General Manager · Johnny Delmonico's Steakhouse
Adrienne got her first taste of the restaurant business while waiting tables in college, and by the time she graduated she knew that she wanted to stay in the industry. She has been with Food Fight Restaurant Group for six years and worked in many of their restaurants along the way, including Johnny Delmonico's, Bassett Street Brunch Club, and Fresco. She has also been an integral part in the opening of other Food Fight restaurants, including Cento, Avenue Club & the Bubble Up Bar, and Tavernakaya. Having a natural knack for business, Adrienne worked with many managers that she feels inspired her to become the manager she is today. "I strive to always exceed guest's expectations, and to empower my staff to do the same. Every day brings a new challenge, and I take pride in my and my staff's ability to problem solve and rise to every occasion." Adrienne enjoys the dining-out experience because it allows her to relax and and get taken care of. She loves knowing that she and her staff are providing that same experience for their guests on a daily basis and strives to make each dining experience unique and special. While working for Food Fight, Adrienne has come to appreciate all of the opportunities that are available to her, and all of the great people she has had the pleasure to work with. When Adrienne isn't working at Johnny Delmonico’s, she likes to run, travel, and spend time with her dog Stella.
